Paula Kalamaras received a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University (Majors: Humanities/Classics and Ancient, Medieval and Renaissance Studies, Minor: Theater) Her MLS is from the University of Pittsburgh in Rare Books/Manuscripts, Reference, and InfoTech.

She owns Scribes Unlimited (www.scribesunlimited.com) with Paul Kraly dedicated to writing books, business plans, stories, grants, blogs, articles, scripts and every other type of document ever since.  They have been successful grant writers raising several million dollars for worthy causes throughout the years. Recent projects have included obtaining funding for a prestigious girl’s school, an aquaculture facility in Greece, and a local municipality’s Community Para medicine Project, along with working closely with the In Bed and Chair Recovery Foundation.

They have co-authored several non-fiction books including “The Savvy Guide to Digital Photography” “How to Get Things Done” and several economic forecasts, books, eBooks on a variety of topics. “Exiles of Dal Ryeas”, her first solo novel, was published in 2010. Currently she blogs for the Huffington Post, and is a writer for Thrive Global as well.  She’s had stories and articles published, either as work for hire, or under her pen name, Paola K Amaras. The latest, “Twilight’s Last Dreaming” appeared in King of Ages: A King Arthur Anthology and is currently at work on The Hidden Rims Saga a 7-book series of dark urban fantasy thrillers set in the other worlds. The first book is Shadows in Light.
